nokia 6131 was the best phone i ever used! i wish i could get another just like it... i cant believe they discontinued such a great phone!

Best phone I ever had. It lasted 4 years. It was truly a one-hand operation and I miss it. It's hard to believe that it is discontinued. I would think that Nokia would want to improve it. I've been looking at used and rebuilt phones to purchase to replace it.

more delicious type is updated with more features such as 3G and is able to maximally use 8GB memory.
I use the 6131 to the present.

I have a nokia 6131 since jan 2007 it is still working,its camera, calculator,phone book is not working properly. I think it is virus infected pl advice me how to clean it

Does anyone out there know for sure if a Nokia 6131 purchased in Germany would work in the USA? If not, what needs to be adjusted inorder to make it work?

this is my 3rd Nokia and just like the first 2, it's been rock solid and dependable. my previous phone was a motorola flip that barely lasted a year before the elec strip between the 2 sections tore apart and the screen no longer worked. i bought this off a friend some 3+ years ago and he used it for over a year before i got it. its been dropped numerous times and blown into multiple pieces, but put it back together and it works great, albeit looks a bit worse for the wear these days. the time has come to retire my trusty flipper, almost a bit sad.
its a great phone, super reliable, very durable and SIMPLE to use!

i had this phone 3 and a half years ago., i hear a lot of bad comments but for me, this phone is great. it has the essentials and great music player,. it is also stylish and INSENSITIVE(depends upon how you take care of it)., many have used it and all i have heard were good comments. easy to use and user friendly

It worked fine for one day..but when i was trying to install a java game, the srceen faded and the phone turned off. When I press the power button I can see the Nokia logo for only 1 second and then the phone shuts down by showing black horizontal bars.any ideas? Too bad, it seemed a very nice phone..

it's the worst phone ever y cause its easy to be damage many parts are easy to be broken like inside parts the flex and other more

The best low class mobile phone today . Lots of colour (16mil) , great keyboard , the button on the side which opens it is the best function on a mobile phone ever . If you dont demand a great camera this is the mobile phone for you .
