in the official nokia press release of this phone it is clearly written that this phone's internal display is 256K and not 16M as it is written here.
because of this, i'm going with the 6131, although wlan would have been nice.

For the love of everything good! Not every phone nowadays has to have bluetooth! I work for Nokia nad we spend a long time tring to think of the different markets for the phones we want to produce, and sometimes, bluetooth just isn't essential. There will be another version of this phone coming out that DOES have bluetooth though, due out in July 2006.

it have wifi, thats alot more technology than BT, BT is only useful to headsets, to connect its really slow, you get 20kbites - 30kbites max, wifi its way faster

Is it possible to use the WLAN, since bluetooth isn't available? Or how does the UMA technology work??

"Uses Unlicensed Mobile Access (UMA) technology - giving you GSM/GPRS voice and data services over an affordable broadband connection"

Great Phone. Nokia just seems to be poping them out really fast right now. Trying to regain market share after Motorola just sunk their teeth too deep.

Fantastic phone. Just like the 6125 but with more internal memory. One thing though? Where is the BLUETOOTH? I can't see myself buyinhg a phone with all the gagdets and there is no BT to install and transfer them off the memory. the cable is fine, but cable's life compared to the speed and durability of wireless connectivity just cannot be compared.

Maybe they brought this phone unto the marked for those who are just not into the BT technology for security reasons. Put the BT oneside, this phone is great.
