I started my Nokia 6150 (I used it 2 yrs ago) and when i make a phone call I dont seem to hear anything or when somebody calls me, I also dont hear anything. Everything else works fine. And all the game sounds and ringtones I can hear. Help please!

Fine phone. If you want a phone that just works, then just go and get the Nokia 6150!

i had this phone since 1999 till present (2007). has been dropped so many times and still is working. the most durable and reliable phone ever. not much feature but just use the basic: messaging, call & alarm clock :)

great phone!but had this problem, the cover is damaged and so the LCD fades and automatically switches off. is there any chance for me to repair it? i feel comfortable using this than any other modern phones today

This used to be the ultimate business workhorse. Virtually unbreakable with excellent battery life and sound quality. Since moving out of Europe meant different frequencies, I left it at home. Otherwise, I'd be proud to show it around to all who complain about their latest tech stuff (and it's mid-2007 now).

This is the first ever cell phone i hv bought,i still have with myself and its still working,its quite awesome,since then i m buying only nokia brand phone

LOL my grandma is using this phone.That fact makes me laugh a bit.HA HA HA
Well good phone no doubt (for people of her age) she says that it is the only phone in which she can see buttons and numbers.

1. This tool is good for talking.
2. I´ve solved THIS displayproblem...
3. Open the phone(carefully) and put bit of paper between "metalhold" of the LCD display... and your´s screen w´be ok

Hi!

So happy to see this site about this great cellphone.

I've had one for several years now - even used it everyday, when working as a truckdriver! It's the best!

Recently, I bought a new phone - a Nokia 5140i; but I had to get rid of it again... It was much to slow to use because of all those menues, - and also the keys (the whole phone) was much too small for me...

I have one small problem though: When I'm not using the phone, the display tends to fade somewhat. The text comes back, when I press slightly beyound the display. Anyone who knows, what is causing this problem?

I was suprised to hear from one of my client's that he is using this phone he said it work's like a bomb and he is happy with it.....I sold mine many years ago but sorry that I did because I am not happy with these new phones they fo-ever going in for repairs.

I've searched this phone for several years bcoz it's difficult to find it in Indonesia.I got it and I use it everyday.it's good rather than 3310 or 3315.luckly it has calendar and infrared.unfortunately the cover can't be customised.

i find this phone very nice! My father had been using this phone for 6 years) and it's still working) but my mom is actually using it now. There were problems with display=it was fixed. So, I say NOT BAD!

Hey, I'm still using it as my only cell phone I have and it works OK. Only the display sometimes fades a bit. Got it as a present from a friend who used it since 1999.

my 8th phone. very sturdy. cool coz it had infrared. no problems with this phone. just that i couldn't customize the cover. overall it was great!

class along with the 6310i one of the best nokia;s ever made still good in 2005 new battery and screen works like a gem / older nokias better the new ones my opinion /

what does it mean when the model name is written like "6150 SAT"

Its ok, slim battery, lite, press and hold select, comes up with more menu, handles 2 calls at same time, calender good, simple to use, reception weak, easy 2 take apart,user graphic symble's, mine was 1st sold 1999, now 2005, still works no problems, charge once a week, 6210 ultra slim battery.
