very bad mobile, you cant use both touch screen i.e.,when typing message in touch screen and FM in same time,, it will reboot and hangs. and once repaired in nokia care also now the hangs and restart little bit lately.. very bad.. and the service that i got is very bad.. i just wasted my 7 hours in nokia care.. and there i checked once.. as it was working and didn't hanged restarted at that time.. i came.. back and tried for few more minutes of typing message using touch screen while listenig to FM..its started hanging man.. ONE more draw back is that it weighs too much.. I dont know why they added this much of mass to it.. it realy weighs like rock... with stylus.. whith out it , it weighs some what less,, i prefer to check all these condition before buying this phone.. take care guys.. after all its your money that you r spending...bye..

It's metallic body is it's major drawback itself.
Although,it doesn't break through on falling bieng metallic but its quite prone to have scratches on it very easily.
Otherwise it's ok.........it has usuall Nokia features.

drawbacks:
1.Its too heavy & old features
2. I've faced some memory leakage problems (specially when I am playing mp3 for more than 30 min. & when I am playing a boring game in this mobile and an incoming call is coming; phone sometimes reboots and hangs.)
3. this mobile is not many applications which necessary to everyone(I am talking about web applications)
4.you cant save a web page in this mobile.
5.you cant open a doc. or pdf ....
Advantage:
1. Internet speed is good enough.
2. camera is good.

Hi this is a good phone for rugged use.I have it for the past 5 months.fell down once .not even a small jerk.mp4 files can be played .just transfer it to the phone via datacable.
But it's better to have an software update for making it full touch.
Can anyone tell me where I couldp get updates

as per as iam concerned nokia dosnt have a dual sim phone ........and a clone of this phone has dual sim.....
