dear happy, your case seems unique
I wonder...could you upgrade your firmware perhaps? upgrading the firmware resets the phones function back to its original state
maybe it will sort that out
hmm most of the guys that post about k550i here have the same internet ID
I dunno even though they may just be different people using opera web browser....seems fishy to me hehe^_^
That SSA guy is probably out of his nuts.I think he is talking about 6030 and commenting about the almighty 6233.I also use MotorokrE6 alongwith SamsungZ560.But nothing is like 6233.U talking about cam;do you know what mobile image sensor is.Nokia uses the highest quality sensor which allows to enter 332lumen per cm2.In the ever growing and competitive mobilemarket no mobile is bad but some are unique and 6233 is one of them.Did u understand mike?THNX and regards.XAVIER
6233 is better then K550i Overall
K550i has a Better Slim Body, 2MP Camera, Walkman 1.0, Java
Don't buy dis phone.U will regret.pros:very gud sound(though i'm not gonna use it as a horn),vga video,nice display(for '06,now its '08).cons:ugly set.bad cam(no macro),even worse sync speed.i had it for 1.5 years with very careful handling.goin to buy N82.
do you know about multi tasking ?, 6233 has no multi tasking function.
i thing k550 much better than 6233.

hi to everyone..
i just read the post of SUPER SYAN..

6233 is beta than k550 wen we compair the loud speaker, video, keypad, display, fastest processor...
i think k550i only wins in cam only.. ^_^..
that wat i experienced with my friend hav k550i and we compare it..
BTW, the cam of 6233 is truly fine with me wen u captured under the sun light it is realy clear..
Nokia 6233 is still Selling well....
i went to a Phone shop yesterday here in the UK.
they sold 5 6233's Units within 1 Hour!
i was like woah!
second best selling phones were the Walkman Phones, e.g. W810i, W910i
6233 sold 5 Units in 1 Hour!
thats how popular it is getting....6300 owners buying 6233. some SE owners buying 6233.
best selling phone, and deserves to be!
Yeah i love this 6233! And i love to listen to Linkin Park songs in this phone!. I love to listen to their screams. Yeah!
Nokia6233 is a very good handset indeed but there are many new ones coming up.Though this one is the loudest in the business but my intention of writing this is to inform u about NokiaN98 which gonna be announced on April and hit the shelves on the end of this year.7.2MP,TouchScreen,Video@60fps-that's what i have known only. Many of u probably know this but still i like to inform.XAVIER
Gee, Guys below are AWESOME, i did learn from that, if only i have got more knowledge, i can share techy things too, SIGH, but im just a cute guy,, sorry,, LoL
Just a correction to that unnamed Opera Mini user below: a TFT 256K color enabled handset would never reach a 24 bit color depth even when a handset's resolution is at 240x320 pixels like the 6233. It's only up to 18 bit. And only a 16 M color handset would reach 24 bit..
And another thing, the TFD display would never reach an 18 bit color depth even though it got 256K color, it would only get the color depth of 16 bit. And imagine, 16 bit is just the color depth of the "TFT" 65K color handset.. That's it.. The rest of your statements are true.
6233's inability to control its brightness increases its power consumption
