S8300 is better in terms of form factor, looks more solid. Don't forget the touchscreen.
6260 is more all-rounder, with Symbian O/S.
It pretty much depend on your need, taste, and impression for both brand.
Remember, no phone is perfect...

In the 1st page it is written that it is capable of recording video at QVGA resolution 15 frames per second. But in the video segment it is written that it captures video at 30 frames per second .
