It's available in Lithuania, 230-280EUR. By characteristics it's some better than 6131. A little bigger and 3g heavier. Without IR. Better battery, I didn't buy 6131 of weak battery.Wihout opening button. Has special buttons for media. Photo with flash.

im getting sick waiting for this phone or anyone to say when this phone is coming out in the Philippines, im having second thoughts of waiting for it and getting another phone instead. UGH!

Can anyone tell me if Bluetooth allows wireless internet browsing? If this phone doesnt have WLAN, I won't be able to share my internet connection with the phone via bluetooth? In order to browse the net with this phone you must pay a fee through the Phone Provider?

looks like the US version of this phone will be the 6263 and will be available from T-Mobile...hopefully this fall

Looks like it is exactly the phone I am looking for (6500 slider is probably better, but i don't like slider). Anyway, still no phone in Asia. I suppose Nokia releases their phones at first in just one country before doing it worldwide, in case there is a major bug. Hurry up !

mp3 very loud with loudspeaker and with headphones. quality is good. music player has 4 skins,stereo widening, equaliser has 5 modes + 2 you can set yourself. supplied headphones are ok.
have been using phone for few days now and no problems to report.

Actually all Nokia phones look cheap, even the most expensive one (N95)... They could learn a lot from Samsung on this aspect.

This phone is a mid range phone and it probably feels cheaper than more expensive ones. But features are great. How is the loudness of mp3 with loudspeaker ?

hmm. looks cheap? feels cheap? I didn't expect this. Spend a few euros more and there is it is. The nokia 6290 which is surely doesnt look and feel cheap.

Got one of these from Germany. Quite disappointed. Phone looks and feels very cheap. Plastic keypad creaks when you press characters.Nokia have added a semi-transparent white bar to the bottom of the screen which you can't remove, so can't get full screen wallpaper. Speaker is on bottom right of phone so the palm of your hand covers it when making call. Camera and video lot better than Nokia 6131
