Hey everybody. i wanna buy a 2nd phone. and i ld love a flip one. However i live in france and there not alot stores in my city to visit. Anw i would like everybody's advise which flip cell phone is the best at the moment. Not only from the well know brands but from all over the world. Thank you..

This phone is a gem! A true smartphone, it has the same version of the operating system as that in the E51 and it is almost as powerful. It took me several months to find a U.S. vendor (the phone itself came from Hong Kong) but it was well worth the wait. It has a very powerful browser (albeit no WiFi) and a host of built-in applications with many more downloadable - some free of charge. I added the Quickoffice extension ($30), enabling creating/editing Word, PowerPoint and Excel files and now I have a full-fledged Office capability. The main screen is bright and crisp, build quality is high (some complained about cheap plastic but I actually find the materials of high quality) and every port (incl. that for the microSD)is covered by a hinged door - a nice touch! Even the SIM card compartment has a hinged lock (similar to the one in the 6126).Bluetooth works flawlessly and syncing with the Nokia PC Suite is fast and trouble-free. The keyboard is comfortable thanks to the large keys and, overall, it is a pleasure using this phone. Nokia did a great job here - even though it is not an E- or N-Series product. I highly recommend this phone!

I bought this phone and my first thought was "wow it's really big.." but i get used to it :) It's really really great phone! And it has everything :) and it's so fast.. Sound is great... camera is ok... i'm glad i bought it, i don't think you'll be dissapointed..

the phone is great!

- is it possible to customize the functions (key) on the cover?

For the fone lovers, having used nokia 5700 s60 platform....my goodness this fone is marvelous, but a phone of this nature shouldnt have a flip/flap whatever!
Nokia...good job here...keep on surprising some of your loyal subscribers like me...for 11 years i have never used any other brand ther than nokia...BRAVO!

re your query about dust... Ive had this phone for a while and the screen seems real sturdy, dust doesnt come through. I think thats probably cos you cant change the screens. No issues with dust so far... have fun with your new phone

great phone.. had it now for half a year but still looks brand new!! speakers are great!! not like the n series that at one point suddenly hangs... but still in par with the n series! i live in the philippines, got it in hk.. works great!!! i'm thinkin of buying an i phone or an i touch.. so i might sell this.... sad.. huhu T_T
