I bought the black original nokia covers off ebay for the 6301 i now have fits a treat. Thankgod 6300 and 6301 are same size!

The phone 6300 i did have heating issues. The new work phone 6301 made in hungary is for some reason much better with the 5th edition software and no heat issue. @ original_jamaican i had same issue with the second 6300 i was given sadly. Maybe i was unlucky. However most phones give off some heat its normal. But mind excessively got hot.

well i have tried it for 3 months and it the same as other phone but the black version is allot cool and modern and it's just gr8 but the problem is it gets very hot and fast ,why pleas answer me and dose that effects the humans or parts of the body like brine ???????

Hi ppl. I bought the nokia 6300 yesterday and i am extremely happy with its performance. The ui is easy 2 understand and is very quick 2 use. The music player is the same one found go earlier express music phones such as the 5300 so its music delivery is very solid and the player itself has every functionality needed by a dedicated music listeners. The supplied headsets are good but i'd advise one 2 buy new ones if u want stronger bass. The camera is ok, not the best ever but not the worst of its kind. There are no complaints about this phone from me. My handset is a european make from hungary. I'm a reviewer from south africa.

Hi.friends i sow the preview of the new 6300i in net which will be in india in end of 2008. The new one is the black version of the old one. I wanted to know that which will be better?the new one or the old one... If anybody knows about this please reply.. I want to change my handset.doesthe handset has mp3 player..

HI guys
I bought this cellphone yesterday,and it has pleased me a lot.I have a 256mb card wid me and its quite low :P

Please tell me that how much sized memory card won't make it slow,like if i put the 2gb card and make it full,then would my cellphone get slower?

wel - it seems to be an awesome phone .. m only 13 ... will be buyin it within 6 months or les ...it seems to be a great phone ... except for its memory ... which seems to be a little too short .... if there is anything more economical please let me know .... my id is akass.619.a@gmail.com

Thats lying other oj the phone heats up badly that bryan further down ended up in medical centre because it cooked his head.buy 6300 with caution

ok so iv had this phone for around 6mnths now :) great phone it is very hard wearing. i am only 14 years old and so obviously i can be just a little bit clumsy :P. my 6300 has taken a good bashing but it is lasting. very good camera although video a bit dodgy. msg memory is fantastic over 200 msgs in inbox and phone isnt slowing down. fabulous, fantastic....

Not everybody have battery issues. I don't. Buy the phone with confidence. If possible try to go for a European model, Hungary, Germany, Finland etc. The Euro types are of the highest quality and normally have no issues worth complaining about.

5.0, 5.5 & 6.01 all have to do with the phone's operating system. Think of a PC's operating system...Windows 95, Windows Me & Windows XP.

With the phone operating system (OS) you may achieve different results based on the OS your phone have, but for the most part, the result is very similar right through.

Don't worry about all these numbers. More than likely your phone will come with the latest which is 6.01.

My advice to you is purchase your phone, use your phone and enjoy your phone right out of the box. Don't worry about all these tech talks and try not to get involved in the technical areas because if you slip, you may kill your phone in the process.

hey guys...a new one in this series ..just give me ur commments abt this phone- 6300. i am possibly buying it within a week for sure..i know the problems regarding the battrey life...but i don know if any solution exists...and wat is this whole thing about version 5, 5.5 , 6.01..i am new to using mobiles...can u plz telllll???
