Cons:
*Cover prone to finger prints
*No 3.5mm audio jack
*audio quality unsatisfactory both for earpiece and loudspeaker (sounds like a tin can)
*no volume rocker

We both have the same phone and its driving us crazy, not happy with it.
Take it off.....
Best place for this phone is in the bin.

this phone is really awesome but after a year using it, the charger port did some trouble. it won't charged. mayb this the result when u use 1 port for usb and charging

fantastic phone.. i've had it for quite awhile now.. really satisfied with it..
its sturdy and has withstood numerous accidental falls on pavement and hardwood.. still no problems at all

I am using this phone and changed the battery twice. I love the design of this phone. The camera is also good. It has inbuilt 1GB memory which is not expandable.
The problem is that many duplicate batteries exist in the market. You need to buy the original battery if it does not last longer. The charge of the original battery is around 1000 Rupees in India.

> In reply to Samak from nigeria @ 2009-10-08 03:53 from N9@Snow the nokia 6500 classic shares chargers with some of 2008-2009 nokia phones. like the n85,n86,n97 and e52. now im using n85 and 6500 classic. bringing 1 charger in my laptop bag and the other at home. very nice phones to carry. no problem with both of them at all. i think in the nokia e52 package there is an mirco usb adapter to 2.5/3.5mm nokia charger. maybe those who lost their 6500 charger can get this one or a charger for the other said phones.

The phone is good and handy.but im suprise for seen Nokia phone without common charger. I'm stil searching for where to buy the charger and i couldnt get,thats bad. The batterry also is scarce and doesnt last longer no matter how you may charge it.

honestly speaking this is a rubbish phone, no two way arount it. poor software, limited to 1gig memory, drops calls and freeze a lot. dont get this phone

This is not good...its hanged again and again..and to remove the battery needs to open the whole parts..its horrible..only its outlook is vary cool
