The battery is a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!! how can such a beutiful phone have such low standard battery life. I'm disappoined with Nokia. Nx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the best phones I've ever bought. Dropped it a few times, yet the metal case keeps it safe. I live in Dubai where the temperatures reach above 50 degrees Celsius, or 125 Fahrenheit and the humidity is well above 85% and the phone hasn't failed me yet!

Dreadful battery life, nothing like specificattions. I have 3 batteries, all of them provide about 24 hour standby charge only.

I've had this phone for a year now and I still love it. In fact I'm trying to look for another one, but this one in silver. It's easy to handle. Great weight and size. Camera is just okay (so for those who like good pics this isn't for you). It's just an overall easy phone to understand and use.

suggested my daughter get this when renewing her contract. endless problems. her mate has the same problems. service provider says humidity. today service provider say they removed this phone from their list of phones as continuous problems. these phones should b recalled bu nokia & replaced with a different model.

my friend had 6500c, she had it for 1 yrs.
it's very cute. . nice looking phone..
but it always loses its power.
and it randomly restars..
gosh! very irritating.
but its nice looking phone.

I've constantly deleted messages + photos to free memory, only for it to continue freezing alot of the time.
Myself, and friends who have the same phone have had the software updated, and batteries replaced. Only for it to be on the blink again within a few weeks.
Stay away from this phone.

This is a great phone, does everything that is expected of it unless if it is a manufacturer fault, then take it back for repairs. However, it does freeze alil when memory is getting full, but i suppose its only normal that it does that. Just out of curiousity, can this phone send and receive emails from microsoft outlook??

Absoloute crap. Battery life is shocking. Freezes whenever opening any messages (I never have more then 100 messages in my inbox, I delete regularly), when opening the camera, viewing pictures, playing music, receiving a call, attempting to charge. Anything.
No warning on low battery life, and sometimes when I take it off charge, it still has "Charging" symbol, only to die a few minutes later.
Whats the worse part though? The charger set my carpet on fire. After that, it stopped working. Now, after 6 months, the USB cable charger is now also failing. Had it fixed once, and now I'm out of warranty. Throwing it away, and getting an iPhone.
Worst. Phone. Ever.
