yea i did not mention the price, i think this mobile price is cheaper then n73 at the beginning stage

i think this is the phone where able to compare with N73. I own n73, but i think this mobile wins base on some spec

- Design (solid slide)
- TFT 16M color
- GPRS Class 11 53.6kbps
- Edge class 10 still able to reach 236.8kbps
- Bluetooth with A2DP
- including more games then n73
- battery stand by time for 310h even using the Bp-5M

I just got this fone last saturday.The phone is really beautiful. I fell in love with it the first time I saw its brochure.It has good voice quality and resolution.This phone actually uses CARL ZEIS device or something to take pictures and video.CARL ZEIS is also being used by SONY.I just can't take my eyes off my phone..

@sandman, thank you very much.. been asking the nokia store in robinson's place but still they don't have it. how's the s40? do you encounter any lags or errors that phone's software?

noypi, i got mine from a nokia store. specifically galleria. it cost me Php 21,460. Mahal alam ko, but worth it. the phone is great! although there's a slight wobble when the slide is open, but you learn to live with it. i strongly recommend the phone. i know greenhills carries them as well, but i feel safer with a nokia warranty so i got it straight from the nokia store. :)

@sandman, sir as far as i know nokia hasn't release the phone here in Phils. yet. whrere'd you get it? i've been waiting for this phone like 3 months ago, i'm a despo lolXD

FOR KENNY clear other settings in the phone send settings again also you must turn phone of after getting the settings go through mms settings then you will see select select operator then go to web settings do the same again it has to work if not get the settings for the nokia 6270 and try that if none work phone is faulty

I want to buy K810i or 6500. I know k810i has good flash, battery, but its video bad,no tv out put.
6500 slide has good slide, VGA video,16.7 mil colour.
Any user plz plz plz help me that which camera good .
6500 camera better or equal as like K800i,n73.
Plz any1 reply me. I cant decision which camera best. After urs help i want to buy among tham. Plz plz.

btw, do you guys use any screen protector for the 6500 slide display? and what about for the camera?
i don't think there's any 6500 slide screen protector available here in the philippines yet. so i was wondering what other nokia phone shares the screen/display size of the 6500 so i could just buy a screen protector for that.

does anyone know how to safely disconnect the 6500 slide from the pc when connected via cable? i can't seem to find any "safely remove hardware" option for the 6500 slide. i'm afraid that if i disconnect by just pulling out the cable i might ruin the phone or something.

KENNY. I had the same problem with a sim free phone cause i had too many settings in the phone. You need to go to settings, configuration, default config settings & delete all these out of this folder so its completely empty, then go back to nokia website & get the settings for mms & wap, when they came save & use as default when it asks you, this should work, it did for me. Let me know.
