Guys, the 6500 slide here in the Philippines will cost around Php 18000 as per reference to Globe Telecom.

I agreed with Mobileslider that the phone is built solid. I have this for a week now. This is one of the best slider Nokia has built. Just look at the gap and compare with N95 or .. Very thin gap, good slide feel. Exquisite design with stainless steel so one must adapt to having it heavier. Look at the screws at the back of cover and ... The build quality is much better than all the plastic lots.

The only shame is S40 but of course it does the job.

i have the phone in my hands..and it's kinda heavy, trust me! relatively good quality, good slider and camera but....identically 6300

This phone is awesome. I just got the phone for only $98. But have to pay 3 months upfront. Anyway, the phone is excellent. Not laggy unlike all other S60 series phone. Too laggy and buggy. This 3.2 Megapixels Camera is better than Nokia N73. The music player is excellent and the sound quality is excellent too. Worth to buy this phone. This phone can support up to 4gb of MicroSD card. The phone doesn't really get hot so fast. The battery life span is better than Nokia N73. Keep up the good work Nokia!

Phone available in Nokia Shop. Tried it, but don't like it. The metal feel is bad, and the construction quality feels cheap. Too heavy. Looks good in photo, but not so good in real.

has nice features...

actually, i'm SE wphone fan and user... but looks like Nokias are having nice features...

however, i will not go for a Nokia before i'm sure they have improved their build quality... so many nokias with paint going off... or 8800 stainless steel getting sscratch covered..

aand nokias are realy too BIG in size...

just fix these problems and maybe i'll be a new nokia fan...

I read on another forum that:
- pictures made with the phone are not very good (noisy), especially at night.
- VGA videos are quite choppy when seen on the phone
- phone is getting hot quickly
Is it true ?
Can you use the flash when recording video ?

Great! Good for you... Now can i confirm with you on the OS GUI...
How is the speed of os and reading from sd memory?
Can the GUI be configured to your liking?
Is the Media player good? Radio n Video?
Games speed?? Yeah very important!!
How bout the calculator? any converter?
Is the alarm repeatable and function when the phone is off? can the alarm be set to radio? (i like waking up to my radio)
Do you find the calender to be good? can reminder be sync from email or sms?
Hows the Browser?
