Nokia phone used to be best, I used to have one dropped many times on ground, eventually several screws are loosen yetjust work perfect. Not sure now and see many style not nice.

you don't know why? US is a realistic country and accept anything that has better performance/cost.
Every country has rich people, or even not rich but need sth to race them up, a person used to borrow money from me yet drive Mercedes-Benz, those need top level things, like sb in China buy a car just after Japan king, and knock off a few Mercedes-Benz using hammers.
anywhere get good and bad product, canon camera made in Japan but not reliable anymore. Motorola phones - not sure made in where - bad to me.
how about you?

The phone has lots of memory but the battery is not to write about. I love the memory and the black color I have it so great. Pls nokia make a phone that the battery will last longer.

Hiii,,, i wounder ..what made NOKIA to produce all products in China...... that realy something i wish to have an answer for,,in the middle east all made in CHINA not accetable in the markets ,,imagen if its MOBILE .....

battery life of my phone is not good at all. I have to charge it by the afternoon in order to keep it from dying. . .I like the phone, but always having to make sure I have my charger with me is getting ridiculous.

i saw that phone of the nokia website and it looks very attractive and iwas thinking of buying it but after i read the comments here i'm having second thoughts

This phone is ok. My phones main problem is the battery duration 2-3 days and that after a couple minutes of pics or watching videos the screen turns white. I have to close and open a couple times to back to normal.

this phone is the worst phone I have ever owned. It keeps overheating and the battery is dead in about 20 minutes after a full charge. So save your money and don't buy this phone.

Good phone ! This is not made for teenagers ! Users, who want comfortable useing and exellent display - go for it.

I have not had a very good experience with this phone...at all.
When i first bought the phone it seemed like a good choice, there was so many options to customize it and it worked pretty well overall. Eventually, a problem came up where the phone would randomly turn off. It turns out this is a problem with the design of the phone where the battery slides around and gets unplugged from time to time. I eventually traded in this phone for a new one of the same model.
My second phone had the exact same problem, so I eventually recieved a third phone of the same model.
This phone (strangely enough) does not have the problem of turning off randomly, but has a string of new issues. The phone has begun to not recognize my charger. If i plug the charger in, the phone says that its charging, yet continues to lose battery until it dies. My other issue is that this phone randomly loses signal (even though it has full bars) and i have to repeatedly turn the phone off and on until it works.
Please, I urge you, DO NOT get this phone. It will only be unreliable and cause a whole string of problems for you. It was definitely a waste of the money i spent.

This phone is flawed I have had problems with two separate phones. They just power down with a full charge. Especially in the middle of phone calls it has progessively gotten worse to the point of 2 or 3 times in a day. I am not hard on my phones and these two are both getting sent back to the manufacturer. A phone should at least work as a phone first. I could care less about all the other features with music and internet, but this doesn't even work properly as a phone and that is sad. I would recommend looking at other options before considering this phone.

Hi! I have this phone on 2 days only. But, really, the battery life is very poor! I need to know how I can change the time of internal display show on, because my device quikily turn off. This is bad... I want that the display is on for more time. Thanks!

Okay people. I am working on the third 6555 in 7 months(fourth Nokia total) from warranty. Frankly, Nokia shouldn't brag on their phones AT ALL. I previously had the 6102 Nokia (same piece of junk in a different shape). All have had the problem of turning off at random, one kept dropping calls at random, and this one sometimes won't pick up a call (it lights up, but doesn't ring, vibrate, or even say incoming call). I am not hard on phones, do not expose them to harsh environments, I just flat out do not abuse phones. I moderately use my phone (no texting or internet...just talk). I depend on my phone all of the time and Nokia has been a disappointment for me. Some people might not have troubles as bad as I do, but I cannot truly trust Nokia brand again. AT&T promised me that I could get another brand phone if this next one gives me trouble. For God's sake....DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE AT ALL! AVOID IT!!!!
