It's the 3rd year I'm using this phone and I must say I still love it.I used a cable to connect it to my pc and I could have new music and photos in my gallery folder.The radio is very nice,the battery is wonderful and the quality of sound is excellent.If I think of changing my phone that might be due to its not having bluetooth,polyphonic music
quality camera and enouh memory...but i have always loved 6610i:)

Great phone. Battery life is OK. Camera is crap, but I don't use it anyway.
In spite of what some people have posted, infrared DOES WORK. All you need to do is enable it (Connectivity > Infrared), then put the phone near your PC's infrared port.
Then you can use Nokia PC Suite to transfer images, midis etc. from and to your phone.
Only downside in my opinion is its somewhat ramshackle cover + keypad.

i m using this mob for last 2 and half years.i can tell its nice for its size and its battary life. charge and forget.its limitation is its camera quality. its radio is good. it is good in its price.

Had this phone for 3 years its really great and i love it no problems whatsoever and never had to change the battery.. reccomended to all =P

hi the best thing i love bout this phone is that its radio is superb........wen i listen to radio i forget the world around me.....
and i m using this phone for the past two years and the only thing that i dont find intresting is its camera quality otherwise everything is fine.

the reason i will upgrade to a nokia 6610i phone its because the battery lasts up to 450 hours standby compared to a nokia 6230i

Hey, I kinda smashed my screen so i bought a new phone.. the problem is that all my contacts are saved to the phone, now i want them on my SIM so could someone tell me what buttons to push? (in detail please) thanks in advance

Good phone, but after two or so years of usage I don`t like it anymore ;) It started to bore me. But still - very reliable - no problems (with the exception of scratched surface, of course) at all.

hello my dear,
I do not know you find your answer or not, but anyhow you must install DKU-5(Connectivity Adapter Cable) before connecting your phone to pc & installing a detecting software(i.e. MBMobile) pc detect your phone very good!!!

i've had this phone for over 2 years now and the infrared does not work. At the time, a main reason for buying this was infra red and thats disappointing. Also the camera quality isnt great but besides that, the ringtone quality is great and the radio is a great feature. I would reccomend anyone to buy this though!
