great mobile from nokia and i am using more than 4yrs i dont have mind to buy new cell.. i went to shop n return back bcoz i dont have mind to change my nokia6630 such a good mobile

wen i can say ever since have been using phone this one na baba.have not use phone more a year but in dis case in more n has never give me any problem at all.papa,mama,brother,n sister dis na correct one oooooooooooooooooooooooooo nokia 6630.if u want know more mail me on luv.4hurt@yahoo.com

if you want to format your phone write this *#7370# in stand-by mode, enter the security code (12345) > and everything from the phone's memory (not mmc) will be deleted.

this cellphone is awesome trust me guys, ive been using this cellphone for 4years now.. i drop it a lot
i can't even remember how many times i dropped it.
this cellphone can with stand impact even from 4 feet
it even fall on the stairs and up to now im still using this. its indestructible trust me

Even i bought this phone 2nd hand at the local shop but i found this is the best mobile phone that nokia ever build. Now nearly 2 years i had been using this phone which i found helping me a lot especially the reception on 3g ,GPRS and sound. The best is my phone always look new as i could switch the front and back cover of the phone. The phone cover is quite cheap here in Malaysia and have many choices.
The camera is useful enough for me to take picture at my office and home. Even it's only 1.3MP but it is acceptable.
The phone looks a bit funny but it's give me a good grip in hand.
I installed a lot of apps and games but this phone still manages to work fairly.
I am using PC Suite to connect my phone to PC.
If i lost my broadband dongle /usb i still manages to connect to internet using this phone.
So, for me this phone is the best of all nokia phone because it's quite cheap and help me lots in my work and at homes.

how to tell which version MIDP i have? i go to "tools" then "about" but it only says java is installed not which MIDP version!
How to find out? How to upgrade if needed?

My sister gave me this phone, and this is the best phone i ever had.. and i already update my firmware to 6.03.40 to become a supported of jsr75. ablew download and upload using opera mini 4.2

first remove the memory chip from your phone.
then off the phone
then press "green button in your phone+ star key+3Number key and power button (all at once)"
it will be start your phone.
But don't release green+star+3 button
after 30 seconds you can release all buttons.
after started the phone
you should restart your phone.
now it formatted.
so you don't want to install any software to use your phone.
But you should add your contact numbers again.
If you want to format your memory card too.
install the memory card to your phone
menu> organizer> memory
Press OK button
then Option>Format Mem.card
Now you will lose every thing (I mean Data)
OK?

I am currently using this phone and it's good actually,user friendly too.,the only problem is sending messages to groups.but It's a great phone.I'm wondering why Nokia had to ban this phone

Its a ultimate phone. Am using this phone since 2004. its really good. i didnt even gone for a single repair till date. But unfortunately, NOKIA Company banned this phone, I dont know why.

Hi everybody,i m manish from india(patna).I have a nokia 6630,really this phone is better in flexible feature.Becouse I am using this phone three year back without any problems.I love nokia 6630.Its stereo sound quality is best..It is give sweet surround sound.Also its gprs facilities very fast.
