i'm just getting this phone today. is it really as bad as people say? i'm just using it for phone calls and texting and i will be outside most of the time. Will i be able to hear the phone call 'cause of the poor volume?

I got this phone few days ago, and it is awful. The ringtone volume is too low. The screen is too small. Also, it drops the calls every time I try to pick up the call from my belt case. It easily connects to the net which they charge you just for one...
