What is much better ram 6630 or 6680?! Pls reply i will swap my 6630, if this phone is much better, if same i will go to N70 much price! Sad!

i have a problem, its that i want to have a photo when i switch on my cell phone so i did but when i switched off and again switched on then it says phone start up fail contact to the retailer. what should i do guys?

I have the phone since 2011 and i have after 50app is so powerfull phone but to save my ram memori i have some app to save ram memory ,i have delete some things in ram but again is so faster im 14old and i have understend all things in the phone i love it
