Guys , i own this phone... it is a great pcs not to mention it is not slow , almost pefect just missing the radio.

Yes The phone is extraordinary in every respect.Its battery life is horrible.It last just 22 hours and that too with very minimum usage.
Secondly It very often ask you to close some applications as memory is full.
Apparently they have not euipped it with adequate RAM MEMORY.

Excuse me, what is the use of owning a smart phone when the whole experience of owning one is such a pain in the a#$ . The phone is sooooooo slow that if u want to open any function on it, u may bettter have a quick nap and come back to find the function just opening, and if it is u'r bad day most often than not it will crash on you!! real hell, hope nokia finds a stable enough platform or they will lose most of their fans to other.....

i belive that the nokia 6681 is the ultimate phone out yet well until the nokia n70 is released anyways.i am goin to buy one form ebay i was thinking of waiting for the n70 but im totaly impatient on mobiles.it has 1.3 mega pixels,262'177 colour screen,symbian os,74mb altogether,flash,cool image and video editor and bluetooth.with support for third party software this is truly the one for me

I think Nokia 6681 is the worst peice of nokia engineering i have ever come across, pitty they call them selves pioneers of mobile technology.
The day i bought mine at stupid price i was not able to make calls from the call log, the phone is turned on but i got a call on my land line from a friend that your phone is not reachable and then i see that though the phone is on it is not working although visibly everything seems to be fine , so what i do is i switch it off and on again and ....it starts working ....hold on only for a few hours as again i see i cannnot make any calls ...so i have to switch it off and then on again ....great so is thia what i am supposed to do now everytime i want to make or recieve a call...
Nokia...please drop dead as your customer care centres don't know what to do either ....never again i am gonna buy Nokia Sony Ericcson rocks ....period.

Well Now tht ive decided to Buy the Stylish Nokia 6681 since it being a new release & having all the Features,,the prob is tht the White colour Set is not Available in the stores at all,, They've told me to wait 4 a week or Less, or else suggest me to take the Pearl Blue Colour Set.but den the cell looks Yuuck with this Colour.But im desperate of getting into my hands. I just wanted 2 know if I buy the Blue One, How much Rupees wil it cost me to change the Colour with my choice Colour Panel & Body??Or Else I wait 4 another week & pray for the Best>>>After going tru Diff Forums & Opinions,I wud agree tht 6681 is the best Phone Nokia ever Designed with Full packed Features & Standard Shape(6630 & 7710 also under this category, But both have BAD DESIGN)Plz Reply to me>>>Note:Ive been a Genious in Mobiles since im in the field 4 the past 8 yrs & have good Knowledge rgdgin Cell Phones.Ive got loads of Updated Softwares & games of Symbian Java Types which r fully wrking ones

Though 6681 with the new version of software has become more stable.But still the following areas need to be addressed
1 Its battery life is very poor.It is about 24 hours only.
2.Its operating Ram is very less as it very often ask you to shut down your other applications,as its working memory is full.
Both the above problem are not in NOkia 6600

Hey I've been a Customer of Nokia since I Went cellular Yrs bfore!!!I m a FAN of NOKIA & wil alwys remain.Just 3 mnths ago I sold my 6600(Indeed a Good Cell, My 1st Symbian)since i had a buyer 4 de same. After hearing bout the 3230 & its great Look I ordered one frm de Gulf. I had just seen it at the Local Showroom but never got a Chance 2 hear it, since it was a new Release.It had a terrific look & great Photo quality Camera..much more better den 6600.compared to the previous it was a High speed Phone wt all de Features.i read about de Bugs & defects the 3230 had but den Alas i experienced it after it reached my hand...
Believe me or Not I sold the 3230 to a Shop after using it 4 just 15 days since i got bored of all those bugs & Defects like beep bfore ringtone & sms & mostly cus of low & Bad (Mono)Sound of Mp3's as well as Ringtones
Im now using my Nok 6310i (old One)which i previously had as a Back up Phone. Ive heard a lot of this New release by NOKIA tht is the NOK 6681 & im getting the same by FRIDAY.I suppose this is de best release of Nokia with an updated Sysmbian OS. Any coments bout this one plz write to me or send it on this Post. Cheers to The NOKIA team 4 Producing great Phones.

dude...6681 scores more points... then k750i... coz 750i is for those people who want a camera,mp3 player only n no symbian os n edge,lods of third party softwares.... both the fones hav bugs...but these days every fone has 1 or the othr faults... sound quality of mp3 is stereo in both n i think 6681 is better...plus u can install internet radio on this fone....
go for 6681 if u want good camera with flash,sexy mp3/aac player,edge,symbian os.....n lods of third party softwares....
n k750i if u only want a nice camera wid led diode flas light,mp3 player,radio wid rds,.... n no EDGE,SYMBIAN..........
choice is urs................ buttttt nokia rocks... i luv nokia but im also angry with them.......

Lets talk a little bit about this phone .. overall i like it it has a GREAT 262 k display and you can see it under bright sun conditions, RF is Great too, and what i like is the earpiece volume.. its LOUD i mean LOUD i can clearly listen to the other person even in a club or a pub (noisy enviroments). This 3 features make me very happy about the phone.
I had one rare experience the other night night with the phone, i went out with my friends and took a couple of pics BEFORE 00:00 am (30th june), when i woke up this morning only the pics that i took After 00:00 am (1st July) were stored on my mem card the others just got deleted ... it is strange, i dont know waht happened
i had the e398 and the e680 and i can say that both motorola phones beat nokia hands down regarding the ringtone quality, they have more bass and the sound coming from the stereo louspeakers are cleaner a tad louder, BUT when you listen to mp3´s using the headphones i can say that the 6681 is better than the e398 or e680 in this case you can feel the bass better in the nokia.
I am trying to configure CSD but there is NO WAY i can do it fo the phone .. trying the gprs comfigurations also i ve been using my phone for 1 week and i couldnt try browsing yet
Menu speed is just fine .. i prefered the menu speed of the e680.. 300Mhz no lag at al.
My 6681 restarted itself 3 times since i bought it first one when trying to change themes and the other one when i was pairing with my moto headse. this happened me just once. Sometimes i use my BT headset even forlistening to my mp3 files. Wow yes, you can do that
Sync is easy to use no problems with this
