Strange, their web site says 1 quarter 2005, that is end of march. Already 12nd march and they still have to release the 3230 before this one...

i see "Music player with stereo audio" but that could mean through the headset only. there's nothing about Stereo Speakers on the phone itself unless i missed it.

not a media player......GEE THEN WHY IS EQUIPED WITH ONE! this thing is all about the media! check it out on nokia.com that is what they push about this phone! it does cam, avi, mpeg4, mp3, games, everything~

Nokia has a MMC-RS Slot on the right side, no need to turn the phone off or Open any haches. Just the small cover on the right side of the phone.
6681 uses Dual-voltage (1.8v./3.0v.) card. JUST LIKE THE 6680. Think what u write, before u write what u think.

2005-02-21 09:07 R5i7 from sob is right, infrared is to old/nog good enough. With bluetooth you don't need to be close with the other tool and BT is faster.

Thanks to Symbian you can make your own radio but who needs it when you got a memorycard full of f*cking great music.
The major differences with the 6680:
- no UMTS [which is much cheaper]
- no secondary video call VGA camera
- no RS (Reduced Size) MMC card slot
those are 3 points i don't mind cause the missing of those points will make the 6681 cheaper and it's good enough so..
Hope it comes within a month @ Holland!!!
And ahmad [Anyway , I hate Nokia >.< Because their ringtones sounds awful...] i composed mp3 ringtones @ my 6230 and they sound great, loud enough and pretty good tones!
