Middle-average design. Looks good, but not original. Key-pad is a copy of ones of Motorola V8. Hope 6700 will be more reliable in compare with 6500 Classic

I just waiting for Nokia to make better phone than N82..with lighter weight, 8mp camera and better quality of video. and also able to hold 16GB or 32GB memory card. then, this will be the dream phone for all !!!!
CAMERA, CAMCORDER and LABTOP funtion all in one !!!
Nokia....make one for this please !!!!
jenerio, 01 Feb 2009Can you please elaborate why touch screens are not practical. i hate keypads actually u kip on... moreTouchscreens were NEVER practical.
Example: Someone is calling you in the middle of a meeting. You cannot talk at the moment. With a regular phone, you can reach in your pocket and press a button (without looking) that you can actually feel, to turn it off. With a touchscreen phone, you need to take it out and actually find the button that will turn the phone off.
Touchscreens attract dirt, smudges, fingerprints that are annoying. You have to constantly wipe the screen to keep it clean.
Keypad phones are much easier to keep clean.
And they offer a much better tactile experience.
The only reason tochscreen phones have gotten so popular is due to the hype the worthless iphone caused (and this is mostly in the US).
In many countries, people STILL prefer keypad phones. They are much more simple to use. It is a different experience using a phone with buttons you can actually feel.
Anyway, this phone is great. Why do you need Wi-fi? I can see the convenience, but is it really comfortable to browse the internet on such a small screen?
Cell phones were originally intended for making phone calls. If you want to use the internet, use a computer.
