It is a good phone and the full view camera is great ... can we use the Keypad to type messages ... i hate using the touchpad for the same .. please anyone !!

i india,..price of 6708 and 7710 is same-18000.so why not to go for 7710?7710 has much better sound quality then 6708....7710 has FM RADIO , EDGE,90 MB Internal memory,large screen,better camera, etc.

hey guys,
just wanted to know can I not transfer any files using bluetooth...
I tried quite a few times but just couldnt find a way. There is a provision to beam files but not bluetooth. Even the menu system is not very user friendly.
Can anyone help..??

The reason Nokia leaves out some key features is that it can launch a "i" (eg 6708i) after some time and make people upgrade.
That seems to be Nokias strategy . Sad as it has a huge impact on ones pocket and the environment.
All cell phone companies are in a hurry to get you to upgrade.... this will not last for ever once they reach what I call : The tech frontier" we will not see major changes in our phone....this is about 10 years away.
So till then have fun cursing the cell companies

Piece of crap. Tried it, useless for messaging or emails. Needs T9 on the keypad. Why in the world would Nokia go and put a keypad on a device that is supposed to compete with the SE P9xx series, and not include T9??? Nokia... get with the picture. If you wanna do something new... learn from the competition that has done it right. Make it S60, or WM5, and include friggin T9!

it is really a brilliant phone. features are really awsome, one can not get a phone like this in PDA segment, that too in this range of price. i am totally satisfied with the phone.

Got to use the phone...Avrage..
Nokia has made a few mistakes
1) No T9 on the number key pad...big mistake
2) Keypad small and not backlit...difficult to press.
3) Stylus looks funny (some say like a rats private parts)
4) Better interphase required

Hi Guys ! I have used this phone for a week and this that it is value for money. Once u get used to using the stylus it is fun. I just wanted to know if one can add more gadgets in the reckon ( remote function ) in this mobile. If yes, then what is the procedure. Sanjiv Rao
