I have used this phone for 9 months and I have sent it back to Nokia Care for servicing 3 times already! Phone cannot power up, or keeps auto shutdown, or auto restart, or giving memory full error. If you see 'Make in China' label on the phone, I strongly advise you not to get it. My sister have the same phone as me and she does not have any problem with it. The label shows 'Make by Nokia'. This phone is actually quite good and responsive if it not made in China...

Hi everybody. Fantastic phone, just make sure you download an antivirus like netqin which is free and prevents virus attacks. the newest version has great features. I updated my phone to the new firmware which when downloaded is about 138 megabytes big and the did a soft format on the phone after I backed up al my data and then install the antivirus and it runs perfectly know. Its fast even with the antivirus install. I had a nokia 6120 classic and from that one to this one nokia out did them selfs.

With the chrome going of, with my 6120 it also went of. the best thing to do is to get the rubber cover for the phone and a phone screen protector and it will stay on much longer..

chrome chipped off centre key after a few days! Also phone gets a bit unstable at times (lights flashing, hangs for up to 30 seconds) Battery life not too good. The worst is the *&^ Vodacom shop in Cavendish Square Claremont, South Africa where I bought it. THEY ARE THE PITS.

try to go to your messaging>inbox-just high light your inbox dont open it then press options>look for sim messages>if you have messages there try to delete some.

I've used this phone already only 2 weeks but now i change to X3 ,Nokia 6730 have many errors, so if you buy this phone u will regret as me! I'm sorry Nokia Company but it's really happened to me ..........sorry
