i've had this phone for half a year or so now. and i love it. it may not be exciting for those who are looking for touch screen and all function phones, but for everything else - it works perfectly. only thing that i hate is how i text too much and the silver pant chips off on the menu keys.

It's a lovely phone i think if i bought this phone i would buy an England national football team shirt also because i think both of them look classic.remember don think i'm an english man

I bought this phone only 3 or 4 months ago and I loved it until it was affected by one serious problem....
It will not turn on! At first it started slowing down, then it won't connect me to the internet unless I switched it off and then on again. Then it stopped playing any music even though it displayed the playlist and was fully functional otherwise. Then I made the mistake of turning it off and now it doesn't turn on. It simply vibrates when I power it on but I get nothing on the display. I gave it to the Nokia Care Center but it's been 12 days and they still haven't fixed it.

this fone is cool , but when you get use to it , it's kinda booring ! heheh . i have this fone for 2 months but i want a new phone , samsung touchscreen . haha :] , though it has downloadable themes at zedge.com or ownskin.com

hi Diane,
what u have to do is that just open the messages and the select options, go to settings and select other, there will be the option of changing the memory in use. change it to memory card and then all ur mesages will be recived and stored on ur memory card.
from ur memory card u can get ur messages on ur laptop or PC.
on the memory card there will be a folder of data which will contain ur messages in the notepad format.

I receive many sms messages relating to urgent and confidential business transactions. I need to download these sms messages to my laptop. Can I do this with this phone and if so, how?

Can anyone help me - currently when I receive a call on this phone (nokia 6730c) it does not say who is calling, it just says "Call". I have saved my contacts on the phone and also tried the sim card - but still their name does not come up when they call me.
Please Help?

this phone does support chinese characters.
you may have to change product code. lots of sites with tutorials on how to do it.
