I must admit the volume is rather low and I think this is due to the small speaker. Also the extended keypad not being lit on both sides when opened does pose a problem. I hope there is a speaker base forthcoming that will assist us with this issue. Lets hope!

hey this phone is good,but can u guys assisst me does this phone ringing volume is low or the phone speaker is having prob.the music is raelly low,some times cant here in loud areas due to the viberator is on only that make me know that my phone is ringing

You all know what they say about opinions....We must remember that this is a phone! Not a Xbox, personal computer, pager, daytimer, music system, videocam, Pro camera or spouse! I got my phone yesterday and it does what it is supposed to do. I wish I could add water to it and it becomes a Porshe...but that is'nt it's intended purpose! "Don't likeit! Don't buy it!"

USTRONICS has the highest prices - they are a scam company. Check out Plemix.com - they sell phones for hundreds less than USTRONICS.

Hey Dominic, you are not alone, I also bought a 3650 from ustronics and it was suppose to be unlocked, but its a tmobile phone. It was also used and missing stuff and stop working after 20 days but when i called them, some crazy girl named Ronda was so rude and wont accept my return, instead told me to send to Nokia. I advise anyone not to shop from there. Buyer beware.

I got my 6820 from UStronics.com, its used, doesnt work and wanted to return, they are charging me to ship back and a 15% restocking fee, they sell refurbished stuff so becareful!!! So basically i got a broken phone, but my credit card will give a chargeback against them.

I just got the phone, love it so far (Nokia 6820)...only problem is I can't get the Phone Sync (PC Suite) software to work. Phone I had before this was a Siemens s56 and had no problems installing the software. Plus I cannot find any support for the 6820 on the nokia web site. If anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate. Am loving the phone though!! Plus ATT has a further 50 buck discount on it, so it was $170.

Best looking phone I have seen in awhile. Sporty,conventional, yet has a buisness men type of look. Pricy but what can you expect these days.

This is one of the best phones from nokia in my opinion. The 4k colors dont matter to me i just love the camera, video, and bluetooth! I am sad though i can not afford the phone for $220 on www.attws.com if anyone finds a cheaper price please please e-mail me!

This phone is smart, I know.. I know.. small screen, poor resolution.

But you guys are missing the point here, this phone is very realible for those guys who uses SMS a lot. Flip keyboard is one of the smart features in a phone.

The phone is small in size and large in its features, such as bluetooth, Infrared, GPRS..etc.

Imagine you have all these fine features in a little phone which has a flipping keyboard, now it is easier than ever for writing SMS on the way.

I give it 7 out of 10.

this phone rocks! of course there isn't a 'perfect' phone out there. but this phone has more pros than cons. i got this phone around $275 and has been impressed by it. nokia still has the best battery life among all the phone brand even with build in camera like this one. some would argue why not higher resolution, but what's the point, most ppl dont use highest resolution anyway (to save memory of course), so i dont think it's a big deal. for those that are thinking about buying it, just purchase one at ebay, and if you dont like it, sell it back...
