Apart from the camera resolution, this phone is good to have if you need to use it for email purposes. A good 'spare' phone to have.

This mobile looks good and also it has an excellent internet processing speed and other important function and a user friendly. But.... this set would have been good enough if its camera/graphics were improved. i would say, "Good set with very poor camera resolution".

I love my 6820. It is way better than the moto v220 and v551. My main question is that how do I get the blackberry features enabled on my phone?

I've sent an image & a video clip to a 6820 via Bluetooth, from a Samsung D500.The sending was successful and so was the Save on the 6820. However, I cannot retrieve both the image or the video clip. I've been thru' every menu option but cannot find it anywhere.Does anyone know where it is ? Or does this 6820 have a software problem ?
I've resent the video clip via MMS which works fine by the way. Can anyone help me ?
