The 6820 is a great phone for communicating,very nice looking, keyboard feature an absolute winner, however screen resolution and definition is a problem, reception while driving has been found to be poor. Cannot wait for new generation with better screen.

Hi jennY, I think you are right. I hope the R & D of nokia is listening to your comments. I hope they will come up with a 68XX phone with 65k color, 176 x 208 screen by next year.

What else could you possible want from a phone?? It simply has everything that you need. PHONE being the operative word. It doesn’t have a fantastic screen and to be honest that is the only down side to the phone.
It is a big boys!!! Functional, professional and one that doesn’t waste your time with unnecessary facilities that you are going to use in a months time.
My vote: Buy it.

well, plus pts r: good price for d features, WAP 2.0, blue tooth, QWERTY keyboard, video recording, pc suite.....
negative pts are: as it has only 3.7 MB memory, d fone will result in frequent hanging up if u save more of video's or mms, a fone with video recording should have more memory, another neg pt. as usual nokia comes out with a good model but d same horrid 4096 color display, it wud have been wonderful if it was a 65 K fone, n if screen could have been made a little bigger. people who really r looking for good display sud seriously consider buying a samsung, samsung has amazing display jus tooo good!!! if u have a good budget right now, go in for a 7610 or if not then 6600. if ur budget is little lesser then go in for a 6220, not a bad choice, n a tip for everyone, most of ur fones (color screens) can be upgraded with a software which can improve ur picture quality greatly.... check it out with ur local fone dealers.... if u want any more details regarding any fones n features, lemme know at my email, thanx

It's true that the screen and camera are not quite up to current industry standards; but I think one of the reasons is that the battery life can be extended significantly as a result. The functions of the phone are great as well as its user-friendliness. there will always be a phone with a better camera and better screen out there. the important thing is to purchase a phone for how it can complement your lifestyle.

This is DEFINATELY one of Nokias best designs i'd actually say it rates well above an 8 for design. However, Nokia are idiots for not including a 65K screen with this phone. They seriously need to improve their flip phone design (Horrendous) and get up to date otherwise they will find themselves out of Business.
