I also had a blinking envelope and deleted the sim messages and it disappeared. You go to MESSAGING>select menu and select VIEW FOLDERS>select menu again and select SIM MESSAGES. From there u can delete them one by one or by marking multiple items. It is that easy compared to putting ur simcard in another phone and then back.

I have used this phone for 6 years and now had turned to a android. This phone is good in performance but if you really want good apps then my suggestion is to go for android. Its not good to spend 18k on phone withot good apps. I m using sony xperia and I would suggest you to go for xperia as the xperia is now prepared by sony and I assure you about good performance of sony devices and they will not let you down.

Aarondjx2, 19 Sep 2012After I Updated to FP1.. My SIM card dose nt detect.. and when i turn the profile in to GENERA... moremeans the phone doesnt detect your sim card!
3)your sim is loose and doesnt fit tightly..
place something thin paper/cellophene tape at the back of simcard to make it fit tighter... caution pls make sure the what ever your use dont stuck or left out it the simcard slot... think first! on the type of material you want to use k
2) the brass surface has some kind of dirt on in
use an eraser to erase the brass surface of your simcard... and put it back
1ST solutions n recomended!!! just get a replacement simcard
