god phone using it from 1 year....never faced any problem....jst having one default tht we can not delete msgs by marking...there is no option of mark all for deleting the messages

this phone have really low voice quality but not bad as Chinese low quality phones! the voice quality is low but its standard & usable.

total sound/voice quality & loudness review:
music playback quality is very well
music loudness volume is very well
conversation quality is low but usable.
conversation volume is good
mic reception is good
ring volume & sms ring volume is low & u can't hear when carry phone in a bag (specially ladies attention)

the worse sitauation when appear when u have a have converastion with a people that use a low quality Chinese phone, in this situation u can't easily hear words!

I found offline mode can save battery heavily, if u put the phone in offline mode the battery can reach long last ting about one week! I recommanded duing sleep time switch the phone to offline mode (flight)

Wondering if anyone else has had problems with the voice quality of this phone? People (EVERYONE) says that I sound muffled or like I'm in a tunnel. I've sent this phone back to Nokia 2x for repairs and am awaiting it's return. I didn't have it for more than 3 days and it's been in the shop more than 3 weeks total. $20 to send back a defective phone that was only $100 to start with is ridiculous. Anyone else had the voice quality problem with the 7020 or is it just the way the phone is made? Also, anyone had bad experiences with Nokia Customer Care and repairs? I'm getting short of nerves on this end....thanks in advance for your answers!
