This is worst phone ever make by Nokia poor display, poor battery, blue tooth function not working, very low speaker volume, worst looking etc.. Dont waste your money go for samsung its value for money

Dis phone i usd it for 7 months its gud camera is 2 mega quite decent nt video its true sound is lower than my nokia1650 and keypads gud for big fingers ,to answer the calls , call settings to be changd browser funcs gud nt excellent lik E series its quite handy whn folded nd gt a gud display bluetooth connectivity is bad at times this aint music dedicatd phne but didnt expect it to b so low , its stylish nt a perfect one ,nokia site says its got windows live messenger and flash lite but i searchd the phne cant find it whn i try to download it frm ovi the site says the handset supports it can any1 help me in this

Bought it yesterday phone really fantastic, good looking, normal camera, good battery back up, nice keypad and also external display overall its worth for money go for it.

major problems:

4) the keypad height & buttons is more than standard, I get hand ache when typing big sms with this phone but I don't have this problem in two other phones that I use, I don't recommended this model for sms and must time I use PC for typing SMS with 7020, this keypad may idle for a person that have big hands (not medium or small).

5) the camera really have not QVGA quality, just get bigger video with size.

totally the most important problems of this phone is low ring sounds and another is big unusable keypad & buttons

7020 is excellent phone, the phone microwave transmitters designed in down of the phone , this means you can easily reach more than 10 centimeter distance from your face & phone when talking by push away mic from your face, this is big point that I choose this phone because some days I calls more than one hours and also my skin sensitive to microwave, this pheon make my problem totally solved,

although if some person use this phone in common usage (close mic to the lips), this phone make more microwave damage to body than a common phone, because transmitters of common phone designed in back of ears & Human heads have maximum strength.

major problems:
1)ring tone is too low, even lower my older pantech (clamshell old phone), and may calls or sms missed up easily.
nokia noob manufacture must use a speaker in back or side of phone to solve this problem

2) nokia noob company can use a wide screen at both side of phone,
at inside display: because this device can show H263 & H264 (at low bitratrates with good quality) and if embedded by a wide screen,have great pefroamnce for watching videos
at outside display: a wide & bigger screen make this phones more functionality & better design.

3)the battery performance have not any relation too advertises

4)the body is ready to get scratch, therefore this phone not recommended for mans.


bugs:
1)the phone status (silent, general ...) have a lot of bugs if phone switched to other than general mode, some calls get miss from operator, I don't know how this device done this job!

2)no delviry section!

3)when I read sms by PC Suite, the phone did not stop sms ring

hey my name is Majdoline ,actually i brought this Cell phone 3 weeks ago,in fact i face the same problem that happened with you when u just open the fold u missed the calls because it is so slowly get what are you need to run over,but at the same time its small and good as a second cellphone not the primary:D

THis phone is total scrap only like!Browser functional;ity not activated in the phone and the online update not out still..there are so many bugs in the phone software.

the phone is pathetic,i had purchased this phone 10 days back,& i'm regreting.
Nokia is no more a quality phone brand
from day one it has a parallel humming sound when i dial.
contacted Nokia care,but of no use ,they r not able to fix the problem.
Guys if u have any solution , kindly guide
How can i get this handset replaced,b'coz it has a manufacturing defect
i reside in India.

I had this phone 2 months and hated it. ring time isn't long so always missed calls, response from phone when pressing any button is slow so texting takes ages, it feels cheap and flimsy, the small screen on the front shattered after 2 months of use, you still have to press the green answer button after opening the phone when it rings which usually means you miss the call. I tried to answer it in the dark once but the buttons wouldn't light up so I accidently cut the person off. Then when I rang them back they all lit up (?) I really wouldn't recommend this phone. It was a replacement from insurance company and I was going to sell it on but now I can't due to the broken screen.

Not easy to use. Features are layers deep. Software design is not intuitive. Speaker is weak, and that makes handsfree use quite limited if you are not near your own bluetooth accessories. Can't delete shortcuts I will never use -like Nokia's ovi store.
Maybe this model has a good processor, but that does not mean it is a well designed phone.

in nokia forum in the 7020 info page it said it has 64 BYTE SDRAM memory

the fact is battery backup is too bad,it can play music only about 2 hrs continuously,after that we have to charge the battery.camera is good.sound not bad.nice design.
