I like to use nokia phones. I bougth it from one from my brother.I like this phone but there are some problems on it. I cannot send ringng tones via IR, also camera picture quality is very low.

As far as I'm concerned this phone is pretty damn awful. It just feels cheap and plasticy and the equipment levels significantly trail rivals. No Bluetooth, Infrared is non-existant, the camera is nothing short of a joke. For me, it has also proven unrelaible, within a month of buying it the keypad illumination was failing and the screen contrast would adjust by itself. The only decent thing about this phone was the radio, but most good phones have that now. I recently upgraded to a SE k600i, there's a phone I WOULD recommend.

I bought this phone on Ebay. Man this thing just sucked. Low quality pics and crappy everything. Boo on Nokia.

You can't send images via infrared. It was designed soley to send basic data. Try sending a note or a telephone number and you'll find that it works first time.

hi i got this phone as gift from my bro'.the only problem is the infrared and the camera ..the images are so blur..and very sad..and even the handsfree kit is not very reliable..but the clearity is good

I have had this phone since Dec03 and are generally fairly happy with it.
I have recently worked out how to use the infared function by calling 'Nokia' help desk. Your infared receiver and the recipient receive have to be facing each other 'almost' touching.
If you are sending a calander note from one nokia to another you go to: organiser/calander/[select note]/send note/via infared.

Well, the cellphone it´s very good in the connecting HSCSD and GPRS. The quality of the sounds from the ringtones it´s excelent. I just don´t like of the camera´s image, that is not so clear as the other models.

Hi, I found this mobile veryyyyyyyyyy interesting. it has everything e.g; IR, GPRS, MMS, etc but the only prob tht I found is tht its IR is not compatible with other mobiles even nokia(whether of the same model or not)

to get a picture with your contact, go to contacts, the person, then details, then options, then add image,it will take you to the galery and you choose your pic and you add it to your memory

Hi. Both my parents have this phone and i recently heard this phone had infrared. My parents were unaware what infrared was and now they can't find the manuels. So could you help me see where the infrared port slot is??!! Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ive dropped mine 10 times on hard flooring, and it still lives!, the vibration is fun when im on my own too!

hillo i am using NOKIA 7250i from 21-2-2004.its very nice set.I never found any problem in it yet.only a problem that when i want to connect it infared to another phone it dosnt work.otherwise it pefect mobile set

DONT BUY THIS PHONE!Mine broke, and it was fun to stab with a screwdriver, and filling up the sink with water and dropping it in. People say nokias are reliable, i treated my phone like a baby, never dropped it, and it screwed up, beyond repair! AHHH

It took me time before i later bought my nokia 7250i. And the one thing there that i want to be using is not working - Infrared. I even tried connecting 2 nokia 7250i but the infrared indicator never stood still. Pls i am asking if there is any other thing i need to do. Meanwhile the phone is solid, looking sweet as ever.
