shuts off every time when trying to delete messages, replaced once and same problem again. this phone has mant problems and they know it. Do Not Buy this phone is junk!

just received my new phone...should have read all the reviews below...(I lost my old phone). I only need a phone to phone home or to receive a call if I'm out & about...but don't need/want all the music etc.
Question: home phone & this # are in the same calling area, but home# shows up as long distance on my phone. Why? Customer service couldn't help!

yeh all of you is right about its good photos and nice look but what is bad is its a stupid phone so all the time it gets junk i cant even listen to my songs more than half an hour and I had this problem with nokia 3600 slide ..... :P:P

i have owned one for a year now and it is great. it is sturdy, and you could drop it several times and it still wont crack. it takes really good pictures, and the sound and speakers are good quality. i also think it is awsome how you can change the colour of the phone by switching the outer layer for a new coulor.
