I thought they were not produced for sale. I saw such one in film about Polish painter girl wich fakes DaVinci paintings.

this phone was canceled, but the nokia 7710 came out instead. a similar phone with more included memory.

I saw my friend using this phone 3 years back. It was available. It looks was better than the pictures, and not big at all (the user was a girl!!).
