And not to mention, Nokia belle is more of a QT platform rather than symbian.

Fandroids always brags about their devices running on dual/quad cores, hd display, big RAM, ICS duh!!
But they always complain about battery life.
Thats why they come here with their insecurities and envy on Nokia devices asking "How come Nokia(with single core,512 ram and nHD display) still able to manage things that they can do with their SUPER ANDROID PHONES without compromising the battery life?"
Oh, I have an answer...
Maybe because their SUPER ANDROID PHONES buffed with muscles are really NOT SMART AT ALL! LOL
Nokia uses a well balanced hardwares and softwares because "ITS NOT TECHNOLOGY, ITS WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT!".

people that says that symbian sucks is just because they didnt test it, the only advantage of android is the flash player...., i prefer symbian because it have FM transmitter and no other devices .., only nokia have it.., and i use it all day with old radios and car stereo, it depends what you want of your phone, if you want a better browsing use android, if you want to listen music with good perfomance, take really good pictures and videos and use sometimes browser use nokia ;), i know the iphone is the best for listen music on headphones, but im not crazy to pay 900 USD for a phone that i will change in 1 year...

> In reply to MAX @ 2012-04-04 08:09 from PWDv - click to readPureView encodes at up to 25 Mbps which is the highest among smartphones (iPhone 4s at 24 Mbps).

this consumes 32GB in about 27 Minutes video.

however, you can use 720p if you want to save more space.

My PC has 12GB of RAM, which means that this is extremely powerful?

Performance - take a look at sample videos. They don't look like they have "poor performance"

The others are OS-dependent. But Belle OS is very good.

This might be a another failure of Nokia.512 MB Ram is too low for the machine. Usually Nokia phones comes with not enough Ram situation, this will lead to the situation that phone getting stuck and restarting in most times, poor performance will increase the user dis satisfaction.

there is many misunderstood about it.
First of all it have two processor; one as usual like other phone have and another one is called video processor so many people says that it have dual processor. It convert high recorded video to small size without decreasing the quality and then send to the main processor. If it doesn't have dual or video processor it cannot record HD video.

So guys, no need to worry about the size and the quality of video recorded.

And the next is about the price it
doesn't cost 570 euro it cost around 460 euro or INRs 27999.

> In reply to MAX @ 2012-04-04 08:09 from PWDv - click to readYeah, but good luck uploading a long video to YouTube and Facebook without re-compressing the video. :)

The 27min (4GB) limitation is because of the FAT32 file system.

So I really hope that we get NTFS/exFAT support with this... :)

> In reply to [deleted post]its really good if it handles full hd recording in that bit rate (2.7 mbps as you mentioned before) without compromising quality. Most of the phones that record full hd do it at average 17mbps that eat lots of memory.29 minutes length is a great achievment.
