when i call to others i can hear their voice but they can't hear my voice why before it was good

i've used this fone for more than a yr i never faced any kind of problem battery backup is good featurs are good the only problem is while playing games the fone hangs up and then we have to restart it it happens very often so 8310 is better then this fone
