Nokia has forgotten 1000$ cell without update for over two years. Fonts are too small same as 6233 only style no hardware or sofware upgrades. Re sale 200 on request, n future i promise never to buy 88 series.

Pro: Beautiful display, very satisfying open/close mechanism, the pulsing keypad through the smoked glass case is a great conversation piece, can store very long names/surnames in your phone book, highly customizable themes are readily available online for free, data transfer is easy and fast via bluetooth. compatible with mac and even linux, very unique phone overall with a beautiful design,
Con: No memory expansion card slot, the keys can be cramped and small for larger fingers, glass is NOT scratch proof although very resistant, glass is also susceptible to breakage, the paint on the back stainless steel case fades with regular usage as well as the black glossy paint parallel to the chrome line on the sides of the key pad (when open). not the best battery life.
I've had this phone for almost 10 months and it has never shut off on me, I have scratched the display once and spilled vodka on it twice immediately wiping it dry on my shirt afterward. it continues to work perfectly and signal strength is great. i rarely see other people with it although i live in a big city (chicago). i think i have seen it 3 times. i bought it for 500 usd and its worth every penny to own this unique, beautiful, rare and classy piece. i heard rumors that the 8000 series of nokia will be discontinued. all i have to say is NOOOOO! nokia please keep the 8xxx series coming.

> In reply to Chinkal @ 2009-01-08 11:10 from nSss - click to readI have the same problem many times even after my 2nd replacement. I think it's the phone. My first one died without any warning at all and Nokia couldn't fix it. Other than that, I think LUNA is a great NORMAL phone.
