I have checked the specs for Nokia 8800: they are sooo unbelievable dissapointing! A modest HTC Magic will kick its a.s.s and will leave it biting the dust.
To me is clear the phone of choice of the stupid snobs (not necessary wealthy!)
I am wondering who is the target customer? Maybe Russian mobs?

Sold this for 850euros at delivery. 45 euros / months for 24 months. Not even close to worth it. :) This phone sucks.

Hi ppl,
I have just bought this device and i would like to say that it is very nice. Or should i say very very very nice!!! I think all the nokia 8800 arte's are very nice in thier own way. They all have very high end materials on them so if you are going to buy one then i would say buy one that suits you! If you think the price is too much for the Gold Arte but you like it better than the other arte's you will be more happy in the long run if you save up and buy it. I love it and i am glad i have bought it. Over all i have all the arte range and they are all top device's.

can you please tell me what should come up when I enter *#0000# on the original Gold Arte, and if there are some things I should watch out for on the phone's general outside appereance or box-content? thank you! (have entered same question on several Nokia phones, please allow it, I'm not spamming) Thank you
And can you please tell me if the speaker is low-quality like on 8800 and sirocco where you practically don't hear the person you're talking to unless you're at a really quiet room?

this phone in malaysia will cost you merely MYR 6k = USD 2.4k...always be my dream phone..but the carbon arte attract me more
