Hi all! my phone's keypad backlight wont work all of a sudden (keys have no light). I restored factory settings and everything but nothing happened. PLEASE HELP ME! :(

In my country a full casing of Sapphire arte is 100€...arte gold is around 200€....Since you need only certain parts of the casing I think it's gonna cost you around 100-150€....Be carefull where you buy it from because the market is full of chinese clones...Good luck!....

During the time mostly under the sunlight the leather looses it's colour....I had the same problem with a sapphire arte...I had to buy another back and front cover...!

Hey all! This is a very loevely phone, but I'm having a problem with it: how do I clean the white leather it seems as if the color has faded to black (and I know the color has changed and that it isd not just dirty). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tnx :)

I bought the gold arte two days ago for about $1500. It's a very very gorgeous phone. However I do admit that it is very expensive (but that's what adds to its exclusivity). The rolex of cell phones...

i bought it and i use it it has problem in memory after 2years and 4gb chage to 1gb its very STRANGE
i live in iran and WARRANTY dont RECOGNITION what problem in it
