"I suggest them to go for "cheap plastic gaget phones" like Samsung(lots & lots of similar looking models to choose from)."

what are you crazy? another phone that kicks the 8800's ass, besides the moto KRZR K1, is the Samsung E900 slider. it has excellent metal an plastic construction, a microSD slot, much larger QVGA screen, class 10 EDGE and it -still- has better battery life than this crap. nokia dropped the ball at engineering, pal

The voting results do not reflect the truth about this phone at all!!!!!!.........I have noticed those voting results on the left are from a few jealous people.

Anyway, for those people who can't afford this phone; I suggest them to go for "cheap plastic gaget phones" like Samsung(lots & lots of similar looking models to choose from).

This is a full score phone for the wealthy group.

This is a great phone for anybody who can afford it, and US$1,000 is nothing to the rich people for such high quality design, material & durability.

This phone is not made, or meant to be for the poor who can't afford it & keep on putting this phone down just because of jealous.

can I use 128MB to store my txt msgs? Coz in most of the NOKIA fones you can only save 150 txt msgs but in Symbians' you can store as many as you want but advise plz if this NOKIA's own OS operated fone can store more then 150 txts...

Regards

Ok, let me share with you my personal opinion about 8800 SE…there is no doubt that the new version is much better equipped comparing with the “old” 8800, but design…it is 100% subjective matter. To me it is definitely not better than the regular 8800, exactly opposite. I think 8800 looks much stylish and more “clean” than SE, but for sure this is my opinion and I’m not intending to argue about this matter…My conclusion is that I’m not going to change my 8800 for the SE simply because I’m not interested in the new technical features and I don’t think that design is better. Allow me to share with you something in addition…I have to admit that NOKIA are very good in creating stories, for me SE is just a new “story” based on huge success of 8800. My suggestion to everybody who is intending to change its 8800 with the SE is to answer on simple question…do I really think that the design of SE is more attractive than 8800? Don’t listen what Nokia is saying, listen your senses…
