the difference is that,8890 has a retractable antenna so to sum it all up 8890 has better reception over 8850

I am really interested to get Nokia 8890 or 8850. But is discontinued in my country.Thought of getting it from eBay but I don't quite trust the quality.

Hopefully, Nokia will produce again a similar design of Nokia 8890 or 8850 with or without new features. It doesn't matter. It's the design not the features that attracts me :)

although this phone is old its the best phone ive ever had. The design and pure elegance of it is amazing. Ive had mine for over 5 years, still in FULL working condition, ive had to change the fascia once - due to general wear & tear over the years - overall, amazing design - great phone

I had a nokia 8850... same style and I was loving it so much. but the phone was broken and not uptodate. Now I would like so much to find a 8890(50) ands to buy it.
Really the best stylish phone that i had never seen. Even the new 8800 can't egalize it

i have a question about the 8890, how come when i look at my 8890 the keypad housing's color is little different from the phone's color. my 8890 is OEM nokia made, but how come the color of the keypad and the phone still little bite different. look at it the phone's color is gray and the keypad housing is like tan color. i went to a phone dealer and they told me that is like that. does anyone has the same problem as me.

If you want to buy this phone. send me a message. This phone has the best style but my fingers are too big to this phone. its too small for me since my hands are big im having a hard time pressing numbers on it. Reception is good and voice quality, its not for me tho. $129.99 plus shipping.

Well, after using it for well over a year, it's time to say goodbye to this phone. It has the best design ever made. It's call quality if fantastic. However, I use my phone every day, many times at that, and it can't take continuous use. It has too many bumps and bruises and has lost it's sleek and sexy look. What a shame. Too bad Nokia never launched an upgraded version with a slide key cover for North America. Time to move on.
