In the age of all the techics & new latest phones, i belive, the most important purpose to have a mobilephone was to get in touch with someone, and the talktime mattered the most.I own this model & also the new 9300, i belive the 9210i was an advanced model in its time... Where the simple talktime matters, and a simple pda functions go along with this model. It still stands alone today.....and even after its launch in 2002,after 4yrs its still in news, you still sight it in Bollywood flims, & serials etc. And i have seen this model with quite some people.
This model has stood by its age,and it has its own charm, the feel....as i have heard users saying about this phone.
I would like anybody to email me or post me few sites where we can get good softwares for this mobile.

Great phone in its day. I still occasional use it, & have also owned a 9000 but there is no comparison at all between the 9210i & 9500 which I also own. 9210i is a very reliable & solid communicator. But it does not have Gprs, only wap no bluetooth no WIFI no camera old colour res screens no poly ring tones etc the list goes on. Hope this helps. It was king in its day, years ago.

Is there any high end model out there from any of the CellPhone manufacturers, which has everything except camera. I mean, its a full fledged communicator, but without a camera. The reason remains that the camera option eats up so much heap, and if someone really needs a good communicator, this particular model is the only option, it seems. I wanted 1 but could not find any except this model. The reason remains that if someone really wants to have a good digi camera, then there is no camera+phone available out there in the market. And in case you want the best digital camera and best cell-phone, you eventually are forced to buy a phone with camera, except this model.

Hi everybody. The phone is OK for the price of it here in Brazil. Problem is Nokia is selling it here with the language Portuguese-Portugal, and I just can't take it!!!! I want it all in English, although its keyboard is set with Brazilian-Portuguese characs. It's such a shame that it comes with no language settings at all! The cheapest models come with at least ten languages to choose from. Nokia told I had to reset it or change the board. It's been in customer service for about twenty days now and I still haven't got any responses from Nokia. Does anybody out there have anything to say about it? Thanx guys.

I have had my communicator less than a year before the screen broke down and was not readable, Nokia would not give me any garantee as I was working away and got to the shop a week or so later. Is this how Nokia's usual customer service? I am looking into a new model and think Sony Ericsson maybe the best way forward as the service from Nokia has been shocking!
