am having nokia 9300i but it doesnot send massage or open the recieved one,when i recieve the massage(text),when using the telephone it says massage not found,when i decide to open it in the device it loads until i close when no massage is there,when i want to send/write it says that un able to find the specific object

i have this phone Nokia 9300i but i have failed to make it vibrate, does it have vibration or not

one of the great fone by nokia.
my fone facing a problem of strip. it displys only white screen.
can any body tell me the price of its strip. and where can i get it.
