my nokia asha311 is some times automatically hangs and I have to remove the battery ,word file unable to open facebook very slow loading

It has nokia s40 operating system,why is that feature not mentioned.And also it can be updated from version 3.90 to 5.92 version.

blank icon appears because the applications were corrupted.. So if you didn't want blank icon to appear, just download application from NOKIA STORE.. Do not from the internet
