Waiting to purchase this handset, but 2.4 inch screen, 5mp camera & 30fps video would have made the c5 the perfect candy bar phone.

> In reply to hoang @ 2010-04-28 10:54 from RGHe - click to readDoes SE c510 support flash on web? As far i know java set usually doesn't support it. But my elder sister's nokia 6303 classic supports flash 3.0. So i'm wondering if c510 supports it too.

Win Mo 6.1 Standard for the i200 , the WinMo for non touch phone , this phone is released in Oct 2008 , now is Apr 2010 , the i200 is gonna end up their life circle and will disappear soon . We should not choose it . WM 6.1 Classic is modest , old fashioned , compare to the touch version 6.5.3. And u know what , Microsoft themself sentenced to death the WinMo . Everything now is heading to WP7 .

to know ur phone support "cell ID" or not , when using google map , choose Menu/Help/About.Info , if u see "myl : N/A" , it mean ur phone do not support Cell ID and can not identify ur location , no any blue dot .

> In reply to Mukit @ 2010-04-28 07:09 from Pxxd - click to readDon't understand about "the blue dot moving",its not moving , when u run the google maps app , it will identify your location , and the blue dot appears on the screen at you location , if u do not quit the app and go to somewhere far enough (to have a new location on the map ), the blue dot is still at old location and will still there until you press "0" on the keypad and the app will re-identify ur location , and the blue dot appear on the new location , absolutely not moving together with you .

How it can identify your location without GPS , it send and receive signal to the nearby BTSs ,caculate your distance from the BTSs , and identify ur location . And your phone must support "Cell ID" to do this .

The accuracy of ur location depend on the number of BTS . More BTS , more accuracy (inner-city) . In rural area , ur location may be 10m or 200m different with acctual location .

Go to m.google.com from your phone to download the app

U r saying that ur phone doesn't have any gps system but google map is providing u with exact location and d blue dot is moving Whr ever u r going. How's it possible man? C510 is a java phone. I'm currently using nokia 6300. It's a java phone too. I've downloaded google map soft in my phone a long time ago but it didn't worked with me. I so confused. Plz make it clear.
