i've had a c5-06 just recently. i lost it when riding to work. because i love it so much, i'm actually looking for a cheap c5-06 i could buy. could anyone direct me to where i could get even a 2nd hand unit?

SECOND: if my phone is off and it does not have a simcard, when I turn it on, it will also ask the same question cause the phone does not have a simcard. Maybe you just need to check first if the said occasions happened to you, on the first occasion, just switch your phone to other mode like general, silent, outdoor etc. On the second occasion, just insert a simcard. If the question still occurs, just drop by the nearest nokia care centre or your friendly neighborhood cellphone repair shop to have your phone check. Hope it helps :)

i am having wifi connection problem in my nokia C5-06.
wifi is connecting,but i am not getting any website..after some time i m getting a message. "SYSTEM ERROR" PLEASE HELP ME..

yes, Wifi functionality of this phone is great, gets connected automatically when within range.

Yes, c506 does have wi-fi. I didn't have any bad experience for the whole time being that I've used its wi-fi function, however, when I bought my phone, the nokia staff have told me that wi-fi capability of the phone still depends on the wi-fi signal provider or router, which means that the stronger the wi-fi signal is, the better the phone will perform and if signal is weak, you might experience some lag while using wi-fi function. Hope it sheds some light.

Wow itx very hot its cul i love it whatsapp,2go,facebook,twitter,email everytin working well nd good its a very Good Symbian phone.Whatsapp on it is the best

I've been using this model since I bought it a year ago, it's quite a good model, not the very best but it performs well and most of the time exceeds my expectation, it's got some lag recently but I think it's because I haven't got it software updated (it already reminded me that a new software version is available thru generated text from Nokia).
I've got songs, images, videos, HD wallpapers, pdf files and messages stored in it and still, my Nokia C5-06 performs well. I would greatly recommend the phone especially for those having a tight budget but wants to have a decent-average smartphone.
