If you are planning to upgrade from Symbian OS to Windows OS, you can go for Lumia.
Not sure, why you are looking for Lumia 510 having Windows 7.8. Remember, Lumia 510 is not upgradable to Windows 8.
Instead, I will suggest you to consider Lumia 520 with Windows 8 OS.
Please check pros & cons of the handset and as per your requirements/budget, choose the handset which is best suitable for you.

Bought this phone almost 2years ago. Excellent DURABLE phone, after alot of rough use, a million drops and finally after some (accidental) abuse, my Nokia e5 finally rests in peace. It is dead, isnt starting (m sure that cud b fixed).
Now finally time for upgrade. Going with a blackberry atlast...will miss the durablity of this phone...(Getting it fixed soon) Nokia awsum phone..!!

Nokia E5 is non-touch/qwerty keyboard phone & Tenno is touch screen phone.
First is having symbian os & later comes with Android GB.
Not sure about others, but if are looking for a gaming device, I will suggest you to go for Tecno.
Nokia E5 is business phone & not for gaming lovers.
