Very practical and user-friendly. It surpassed all my expectations, not much of a looker but otherwise a very good fone.

I really do not understand why the new E series phones do not come with a joystick as in E50. Why give 5 buttons in place of joystick. I have to switch over to a new phone as the system has become 3G which E50 is not but would love to have a new light E phone with a joystick.

This phone "was" fine, except for the serious fact that the power-on switch is below a rubber strip. This strip will come apart after very little use, and depending where you live, you'll NEVER find a replacement part. By the way, I unfortunately live in Venezuela, and Nokia service here is a real piece of sh............ Nobody could repair the phone, and I was using a toothpick (no joke!) to power-on and power-off this Nokia's artifact...so I threw it downstairs and KAPUT. Think a lot about buying some Nokia products. Thanks.
