No flight mode? The manual says the phone must be turned off while on aircraft. Can anyone confirm this?

Seems a great phone
1) push to talk
2) black berry connectivity
3) T9 wow
4) great battery life
5) the net works really fast
Can be better with
1) Handwriting input
2) if we could view and EDIT MS office documnets

I want these phones also. But just one questions.
Does it do that little dance thing with the vibration when you stand it on its end?
Also which colours are on this screen? I can only see 4 colours.

does the E50 have a global search? almost all the nokia phones i know can do only an alphabetical search on the directory. thanks

Great phone. Had it for a couple of weeks now. It takes almost 2 sec. to open the SMS window with shortcut from the main screen. The fonts are small, yes. If you don't like it just buy another phone. I think the size is perfect. this is more a business phone than an "sms phone".

hello their mate
normel its normal but if it gets real hot then you must have an battery fault
if your not sure take it back and get a new one before your phones burns out then you have a seuois problem!!!

Is this phone fast? Does anyone know what its phonebook capacity is? Although it has dynamic memory, some phones have restricted amount of names that can be stored.
Is the Software stable as i hear it restarts and hangs often. Does it actually get hot??

just got my E50 , lovely phone, one of the best phone have seen around, but am having a problem with it, it get so hot when you talk for a longer time, i dont if that is how they all works or its mine that has a problem . please help

In the package there is a data cable, charger, cable for old chargers and a mono-headset.
Overall the phone works very well. The email support is excellent, opening office documents is brilliant.Regarding speed, it is as fast or faster than my old SE T630.
