I think the oglyness of this phone is for not to be stolen, well is someone see you in the street with a N95 call much the attention then this E51. Very good phone!!!

Nokia should put at least 2,2" screen in this phone. As I can see from the picture, there is space for it. Than I would think about it. Now I'm sticking to K850i which I'm going to buy.

I have mentioned multiple times that this phone is available at buy.com for about $300. It is a big sale and there is a limited number of phones left.
This was already mentioned months ago!!!

Buy.com has shown the phone as "temporarily sold out" for more than a week. Nevertheless like someone mentioned before they are very reliable.

From a few opinions it is surprising to see that many people are stating 'how is it that Nokia has managed a price tag $300 for this phone????? Why is it so cheap?? etc, etc'
Wow wow wow, people now what exactly do you all want. When something is slightly expensive, you all go ahead & comment that it is very very expensive & you all convince people to wait for a while for the price to drop.
Now that when Nokia is done a great job by planning to offer this phone at such a reasonable price, still you people are not satisfied with that & you are stating that the price is so cheap.
Listen Nokia is not offering you a few carats of diamond for $300, at the end of the day itz jus a phone. It has jus a 2 mp cam(not even 5 mega pixel) without flash. Yes the amazing feature it has is wifi. So thatz about it, just to survive the market compitition, they have come out with that pricing structure.
THE PRICE IS NOW JUSTIFIED...
So people incase you are buying this phone & feel that you would like to pay more for this phone, then please go ahead & donate the extra amount to the Nokia Research Centre, so that, they can come out with better innovations much sooner.

What I don't understand is why Nokia doesn't specify when we will be able to buy this phone....
Some people says it si nice...but how they know, as I believe nobody so far ever touch this phone...
Is there any shop selling this product, but I mean to sell not to sell an image as "coming soon"...?...

The questin is irrelevant buy.com does not carry the phone anyway, it's sold out, but it's bullocks because NOkia has not even released the phone.
Same with dell.ca they removed the listing,the earliest this phone is gonna ship is November 15th and that is according to an e-bay seller who is taking preorders

Buy.com is a reliable site, I would not worry about that. As for how dell and buy.com can offer this phone for $300 I have no idea. They must have got this price from somewhere.

My dell.ca order has not been canceled even though they took the E51 off the site. They are giving me a November 7 ship date.

The picture of the E51 on GSMARENA makes it look like it is made of cheap black plastic. Look at www.Europe.Nokia.com, and you will see the phone comes in stainless steel (very cool), a sort of light copper/pink gold for the bling boys and of course the black shown. It actually looks very expensive and well worth the asking price.
