Nokia phil. salesmen/women are not really reliable, they dont even know that there is an N82! i've asked the other day about it, instead they pionted out the N81. :(
Has all the features, (within reason) required for business people on the go and I am satisfied with the features and its performance thus far.
The partial steel construction would render the phone relatively stronger in terms of withstanding trauma. The font could be a bit larger.
With respect to camera and music player: I do not Nokia posting notification informing that the phone is designed with superior features to cater to photography / music / video / games. Nokia has models designed specifically for the aforementioned.
yeah same thing , ive already called nokia careline said its available but when youll ask them what store, they will just tell you that they dont have the access to know what specific store. i think ebay.ph is more updated when it comes to new phones. sad to say that even in ebay.ph its not yet available. guys help me out
Same sentiment here. Why is it taking so long for this phone to arrive here in the Philippines? The funny thing is, when you try calling the Nokia Care Line, they'll tell you that the phone is already available, but they can't tell you where exactly you can find one. Pointless IMO. Haha.
SAR!!!!!!!!! Toooooo high!!!!! WHY???? A phone for business shoulde has so big one!!!!! NOKIA
Just got the steel black version of E51. By far the best business phone for me. I was using the E50, E61i, N73, N95. The best features on the E51 is :-
1. Memory Paging - Never runs out of memory on Web Browsing
2. Self programmable Shortcuts keys
3. 369mhz fastest processor now!!
4. Keypad have very good soft feel.
5. Solid construction
6. Good Battery life
7. Very thin indeed at 12mm
8. very bright LCD display.
9. Price is cheap too at USD350 (Zitron set. RM1250 in Malaysia)
excellent phone! Gr8 battery timings. Elegent user friendly functions. Using since 10 days.
Just called up the Nokia Care Line. SRP of this phone here in the Philippines is P15,200 (with 512 memory card) and P14,000 (without the memory card). Will just have to look for the specific stores where this is already available. :)

Design - 8.2
Features - 8.7
Perfoemance - i dunno, because i haven't use this phone..
Oops, my bad. My last comment shouldn't be addressed to you klever_one.
Called up the Nokia stores you mentioned. The ones I talked to didn't have any idea when the phone's going to be available though. It seems this phone isn't available in the Phils. yet.
Its a Total business phone. but does it have a Front Cam for Video Call?... coz i tried to call using videocall, but my face doesnt show in the LCD unless i turn it back. how can i see the person im talking to, if i turn it backside?... it doesnt make sense for a videocall i think!
